Aug 12, 2007· Hi, ford had a issue with the dpfe sensors 90% of the time this is your problem but you could have egr ports clogged , I would start the truck and put a vacuum pump on the egr valve vacuum connection and pump it up to 15 to 20 inches, the motor should start running rough, if it does the egr ports are good at higher mileage they clog up and prevent flow, thanks

I''m guessing between 2.5 and 5 volts. (Better to check with a manual.) If neither happens the EGR system needs attention. If it runs rough and the voltage stays at 0 the DPFE system needs attention.
